What Time Is It There? Include the Time Difference in Your Action Lists

Walkingontime

This past week, I needed to connect with someone in India by phone. Although I had a general concept of what time it could be over there, I didn't know exactly. I thought it would be best to schedule a time range for when to place calls to New Delhi. When would they most likely be in the office? When are they most likely home? From timeanddate.com I then set up a reference table to quickly refer to. I also bookmarked the current time around the world. Using this recommended site takes the thought process out of accessing international time zones

Now when adding names to my to-call list I will often include the time difference to where I'm calling. This speeds up any action decisions I make about international communications.
